June 17, 2017 Dear Whitney Scholars and friends, Each May, we see many of our Whitney students graduate. After years of getting to know our students on a personal level, many have chosen to go out into the world to explore opportunities, improve society as a whole, and start careers and begin families.  We are excited for each and every one of them and have no doubts that each person will thrive in their next life steps.  Many will move to different regions in the United States and some will pursue their opportunities in distant lands.  We hope that many of them will stay in contact with Whitney.   Whether pursuing a chosen career or considering an additional level of education, we know that each will succeed in the undertaking of a life of learning, work and being of service to others.  Congratulations to all of our Whitney Scholars on all that they have achieved and congratulations on becoming a Whitney Scholar.  We will greatly miss them all.  Let’s stay in touch!! "Do not follow where the path may lead. Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail."  - Ralph Waldo Emerson With warmest Whitney regards, Tom Kinnison Whitney Benefits Board President P.S. We will strive to inform you of the many exciting things planned at Whitney Benefits as well as our exciting educational work at Sheridan College.
